I am  much grateful to owe my special respect and debt to my supervisor Aime Bassanse Bisimwa who have kindly accepted to guide me in the accomplishment of this paper; his efforts for the a achievement of this paper  are praiseworthy. My God bless him ! I sincerely thank my parents and brothers who accepted to live miserably for mythree years of studies. I am also thankful to Mr. Ally Hussein, whose help in providing me with additional information cannot be forgotten. Finally I would not keep black the ISP /Bukavu English department’s staff for their training all over my training period.
